Our organic Bord Bia approved beef and lamb as well as our organic pork and bacon are available directly from our farmshop. Each week we have a selection of fresh meat and also other cuts are available from our freezer. The farmshop is in a purpose built building on the edge of the farm. We opened the doors in March 2015.
We are very happy to take orders for whole or half animals although we require a 2-4 weeks’ notice so animals can be butchered to meet your requirements – pricing can be discussed.
Castlewood Farm produces a wonderful bounty of other produce throughout the year, all of which can be found for sale in our farm shop. Produce includes organic eggs, jams, cordials, juices, fruit and treats baked on the farm.
We also stock some local produce such as Rossmore Farmhouse Icecream, Midlands Heather Honey, Second Nature rapeseed oil and Adora flax seeds.
